Shipping and delivery

Shipping area

RENDER currently delivers across serviceable locations within India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at the provided PIN code.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Limited drops, sales and high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery

Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may require approximately 7-12 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping and COD charges will be displayed before checkout. Any free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions displayed on the website.

Tracking

Tracking information will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch, where supported by the courier partner.

Address and delivery attempts

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and phone number. Contact us immediately if any correction is required.

Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or an unjustified refusal may be deducted from a refund where legally permitted.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated for an unreasonable period, contact us at wearrender@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with, take photographs or an unboxing video where reasonably possible and contact us promptly.
