Depending on how you use the store, we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, order and payment status, return or refund details, support messages, account preferences, marketing choices, reviews or media you submit, and device, browser, IP and website-usage information.

Payment credentials are generally processed by Shopify, payment providers or banks. RENDER does not need your payment password, OTP, UPI PIN or complete card details.

We use relevant information to provide the store, accept and fulfil orders, deliver updates, verify COD orders, process cancellations, returns and refunds, answer support requests, secure the service, prevent fraud, keep accounting and tax records, improve products and site performance, and meet legal obligations.

Transactional messages concern an order, account, delivery, support request or safety issue. Optional marketing messages are sent according to your choices and can be unsubscribed from using the message link or by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order communications.

We share only relevant information with provider categories needed to operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, banks, courier and fulfilment partners, communication services, fraud-prevention and security providers, analytics or advertising services configured for the store, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required.

RENDER does not sell personal data for money. Some providers may process data outside your state or country under their own safeguards and applicable contracts.

Shopify and configured services may use essential cookies for security, checkout and site operation. Preference, measurement or advertising cookies and pixels may also operate where configured and permitted. Available browser or consent controls can be used to manage non-essential technologies, but disabling essential cookies may affect checkout.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance and disputes. Retention periods vary by record and legal requirement.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, completion or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, and raise a grievance. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or contractual reasons.

The store is not intended for independent purchases by people under 18. A parent or legal guardian should place an order for a minor.

We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates apply from their stated publication date and do not rewrite the terms that governed an earlier order without lawful basis.
