Returns, exchanges and refunds

A straightforward process for eligible returns, size exchanges and product issues.

Request window

You must contact RENDER within seven calendar days of delivery to request an eligible return or size exchange.

Email wearrender@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the request and clear photographs where relevant.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return or size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Free from stains, fragrance, damage or alteration
  • Returned with its original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the order details
  • Approved by RENDER before being sent back

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your applicable rights.

Customers may be responsible for return and reshipping costs when the wrong size was selected. RENDER will bear reasonable shipping costs when we supplied the wrong product.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us promptly if your product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect or materially different from its description.

After verification, RENDER will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund and bear reasonable return-shipping costs. These protections apply even if the product was marked final sale.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for discretionary change-of-mind returns:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered
  • Products without their original tags
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Gift cards
  • Products clearly identified as final sale
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where legally permitted

These exclusions do not remove your rights concerning defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

Return process

Do not send a product back without approval.

After accepting your request, RENDER will provide return instructions. Securely pack the product and retain the courier receipt and tracking details.

Returned products are normally inspected within three business days of receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, verified bank or UPI details may be requested securely.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for discretionary returns. They will be refunded where required because a product was defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

Fair use

RENDER may reject claims involving deliberate damage, product substitution, repeated misuse or fraudulent activity. Genuine customer claims will not be unreasonably refused.
